| Request for homestay accommodation must be received at least 2 weeks before student arival. |
| Accommodation booking is for minimum weeks, or length of study if shorter than 4 weeks. |
| Accommodation Placement Fee and Airport Pickup fee are not refundable |
| Full homestay fees are only refundable if cancellation received prior to 48 hours of arrival in Sydney |
| Homestay fees will incur 50% Cancellation fee if notification received within 48 hours of arrivals |
